Technical writer

WHAT YOU WILL DO

● Update and create release notes, and product documentation in English to maintain
accuracy and consistency.
● Ensure high quality by adhering to the company guidelines and standards.
● Collaborate with other teams to manage documentation tasks, understand the product
and author documentation processes efficiently.

WHO YOU ARE

We are seeking new colleagues who will play a key role in authoring and maintaining product information
for internal use mainly. To excel in this role, your qualifications should include:

● Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
● Technical aptitude and interest in technology
● Make complex features and technical concepts easily understandable
● Analytical thinking
● Team player attitude
● Good command of XML-based authoring tools (DITA)
● Experience with MadCap Flare
● Prompt engineering skills

Furthermore, you are motivated to develop and invest in yourself. You are also interested in staying
updated with emerging technologies.
